Allied Universal, a leading security services provider, seeks a Security Officer Full Time Alarm Response in Garner, NC. You will monitor alarms, patrol facilities, control access, and respond to incidents while delivering excellent customer service to employees and visitors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check and drug screen will be conducted in accordance with laws.
• Age: 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles; licensing rules may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by following security procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorizations, and document visitors/incidents per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and communicate with relevant personnel and responders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of office spaces, common areas, parking areas, loading docks, and surrounding perimeter.
• Assist with monitoring cameras, access-control systems, and other site technology; report issues to leadership and site contacts.
