Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer - Alarm Response in Phoenix, AZ. You will monitor assigned areas, deter incidents, and provide professional customer service while responding to alarm-related activity. Position Type: Full Time.

Pay Rate: $20.33 / Hour. You will conduct patrols, support access control, and communicate clearly with clients.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and following site policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
