Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and support access control and badge processes.
• Monitor and verify visitor identification and logs; direct guests per site policy.
• Answer calls, take messages, and relay visitor arrivals to site contacts.
• Respond calmly to incidents and alarms following emergency procedures.
• Complete reports and maintain accurate records to deter unauthorized access.
