Perks

• Pay Rate: $18/hr - $19/hr

• Part Time
• Second Shift: 5:30pm-Midnight/Last Flight (midnight or 3 AM)
• Third Shift: 4:00am-10:30am
• Weekend availability required
• 24 hours a week

Primary Responsibilities

As an unarmed Security Officer, your duties may vary depending on the site. Officers will perform multiple customer service roles including:

• Access Control: Ensuring only authorized individuals access the site and monitoring vehicle departures for unauthorized goods.
• Foot Patrol: Conducting interior and exterior patrols to identify security, safety, or maintenance issues.
• Monitor Exit Lanes: Managing access for visitors re-entering the premises.
• Vehicle Inspections: Conducting random vehicle screenings.

Success as a Security Officer

• Reliability: Punctuality, professional appearance, and proper uniform.
• Friendly Personality: Providing excellent customer service while enforcing policies.
• Adherence to Policies: Reading and following post guidelines and procedures.
• De-escalation Skills: Managing situations verbally and tactfully.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• High School diploma or GED
• No felony convictions; must pass background check
• Pass a drug test
• Professional, friendly demeanor
• Willing to obtain CPR/First Aid/AED certification
• Valid Driver’s License with a good record (less than 3 violations, 2 at-fault accidents in 3 years, no major violations)
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and respond to emergencies
