Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to parking facility users, visitors, and personnel while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of parking garages, lots, entrances, exits, stairwells, elevators, and surrounding perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, vehicle and pedestrian traffic, and parking-related activity; report suspicious conditions, hazards, and maintenance concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and contact appropriate personnel or emergency services when needed.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and daily activities per site requirements.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to parking facility users, visitors, and/or personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of parking garages, lots, entrances, exits, stairwells, elevators, and surrounding perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, vehicle and pedestrian traffic, and parking-related activity; report suspicious conditions, hazards, and maintenance concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services when needed.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
