As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas, help to deter incidents, and support access control activities. You will provide professional customer service and clear communication to patients, visitors, and staff while contributing to a welcoming environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, patients, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, medical-related emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and report unusual conditions, hazards, or policy violations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
• Prepare accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation while maintaining a professional presence in a healthcare environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.
• Customer Service Experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
