Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and drivers at a food and beverage production location while enforcing access control procedures and policies.
• Monitor and control access points, verify credentials and visitor authorizations, maintain entry records, and direct authorized individuals to areas.
• Respond to access concerns, incidents, alarms, and emergencies following established procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, parking areas, and facility perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Report unusual conditions and policy violations to site leadership per procedures.

What You’ll Do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and drivers at a food and beverage production location by carrying out site‑specific access control procedures and security‑related policies.
• Monitor and control access points, verify credentials and visitor authorizations, maintain entry records, and direct authorized individuals to appropriate areas.
• Respond to access concerns, incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, parking areas, facility grounds, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Report unusual conditions, access control issues, and policy violations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision in accordance with established procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Have at least 6 months of security‑related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
