Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while enforcing access control procedures and site policies.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify authorization, maintain visitor logs, and report concerns per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly, notify appropriate personnel, and document details.
• Conduct regular/pseudo-random patrols of residential areas and entrances to deter unauthorized activity.
• Communicate professionally with residents and site staff to maintain a welcoming environment.

As a Security Officer Access Management in Plainview, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an Access Control Officer in a residential location, you will help manage entry and exit activity, verify authorized access, maintain a visible presence, and support residents and visitors with exceptional customer service. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorization for access, maintain visitor logs, and report access-related concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting relevant details.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of residential common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Communicate professionally with residents and site staff while supporting a welcoming, orderly residential environment.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
