As a Security Officer Access Management in Flagstaff, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer supporting a logistics and distribution location. You will monitor entry points, verify credentials, manage visitor access, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. Deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while contributing to a caring, reliable team that acts with integrity and embraces innovative solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and authorization for employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel, and maintain accurate entry and exit records.
• Help to deter unauthorized access by controlling vehicle and pedestrian traffic at gates, receiving areas, warehouses, and other designated entry points.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site-specific procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking locations, and perimeter, reporting unusual conditions or security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
