Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and production personnel by carrying out site-specific access control procedures and policies.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization; manage entry records and direct authorized individuals within a media/tech environment.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; escalate as needed per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
• Maintain logs, incident reports, and access-control documentation; communicate professionally with leadership and site stakeholders.

Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 01:30 PM - 10:00 PM
• Tue: 01:30 PM - 10:00 PM
• Fri: 01:30 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sat: 01:30 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sun: 01:30 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and production personnel by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, manage entry records, and direct authorized individuals to appropriate locations within a media and technology environment.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, entry points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and access control documentation while communicating professionally with Allied Universal leadership and site stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
