Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while following site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, maintain visitor logs, and follow entry/exit protocols for a technology-focused location.
• Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and facility perimeter.
• Document incidents and access-control activity in reports and communicate information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

What You'll Do

• Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and the facility perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Document incidents, access-control activity, and unusual conditions in required reports and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
