Aufgaben

• Monitor and control access to the facility.
• Operate C-Cure access control to open doors and manage badges.
• Use D-Boss/Site Pass to authorize access.
• Update fingerprints in BioConnect for biometric readers.
• Monitor CCTV systems for suspicious activity.
• Check in and authorize all visitors.
• Operate intercom to communicate with visitors.
• Coordinate with operations via radio.
• Enforce security policies and access protocols.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies as needed.
• Prepare detailed incident reports.
• Provide professional customer service to employees and visitors.
• Collaborate with fellow Officers and client staff.
• Use Slack for workplace communication.
• Use Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook for admin tasks.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment.
