Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer Full Time in Westlake, TX. You will monitor activity, conduct patrols, and maintain a visible presence to deter incidents at a financial institution.

Responsibilities include access control, visitor verification, and incident documentation, with a focus on professional service and safety. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma and 6 months of security experience.

Qualifications

• 6 months of security-related experience or more.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate concerns per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of financial institution facilities and perimeters.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor credentials, and document visitors and incidents.
• Assist in maintaining a professional environment by reporting hazards or concerns to management.
