Job summary

Allied Universal in Russellville, AR is seeking a Security Officer Access Control Patrol to safeguard clients across multiple industries, including food/beverage. The role is full-time with a pay rate of $15.91 per hour and weekly pay, featuring a schedule with day and night shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience with access control and badge systems.
• Loss prevention experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background checks and drug screening required.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel per site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and report observations to site contacts or responders.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility and adjacent areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, document arrivals, departures, incidents.
• Follow site hygiene and PPE requirements to maintain a professional environment.

As a Security Officer Access Control Patrol in RUSSELLVILLE, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, help to deter incidents, and support access control activities. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly with employees and visitors, and use computer or tablet tools to document security-related information. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food production location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly communicating observations to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, documenting arrivals, departures, incidents, and other security-related observations.
• Support a professional, orderly environment by following food production location requirements, including applicable hygiene, personal protective equipment, and restricted-area procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Preferred experience with access control and badge systems.
• Preferred loss prevention experience.
• Preferred comfort using a computer or tablet.
• Preferred ability to lift more than 20 pounds.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
