Allied Universal in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Security Officer Access Credential Verification to safeguard client sites and patients across healthcare facilities. You will monitor, patrol, control access, and provide exceptional customer service as part of a dynamic, safety-driven team.

The role emphasizes alertness, clear communication, and adherence to site protocols, with shifts including daytime hours and a starting pay of $22.20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by executing security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly following site protocols.
• Regularly patrol healthcare facilities, business areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and assist visitors, employees, and deliveries as required.
• Document incidents and relevant security activities and report to leadership.
