Qualifications

• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local regulations.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and drivers by following site-specific security procedures and access-control policies.
• Monitor and control access points, verify credentials and delivery documents, issue visitor badges, and maintain entry/exit records.
• Respond to access-control alarms and incidents calmly and escalate as needed according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized access and identify concerns.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and leadership, documenting incidents and policy violations in reports.

What You’ll Do

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and drivers by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor and control access points, verify credentials and delivery documentation, issue visitor badges, and maintain accurate entry and exit records for employees, contractors, and transport personnel.
• Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership, documenting incidents, observations, and policy violations in required reports.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
