Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of security experience within the past 5 years.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen upon hire and obtain clearances
• Must be 21 years of age
• Must be able to read English and communicate verbally or in writing
• Ability to handle emergencies calmly

Responsibilities

• Security guard tours
• Controlling and monitoring access control systems
• Generating incident reports and journal entries
• Directing contractors and visitors
• Interacting with members of the public
• Monitoring CCTV
• Monitoring, answering, and generating emails
• Software monitoring
• Respond to emergencies as needed
• Other duties as assigned
