We are expanding our Caseyville facility with a $181 million investment to add 7 new production lines, incorporating automation and robotics, making it a flagship of our Prepared Foods division, producing Jimmy Dean and Hillshire brands.

Summary: Responsible for physical security of the facility, including patrols and post assignments.

Responsibilities:

• Verify identification of visitors, vendors, contractors, and team members; permit only authorized personnel entry.
• Inspect all carry-in items such as bags, toolboxes, and lunchboxes.
• Write investigative reports and conduct preliminary investigations of incidents.
• Conduct patrols of the plant to ensure security.
• Log truck traffic and inspect vehicles entering and leaving the facility.
• Operate switchboard, two-way radios, and intercoms.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Supervisory and investigative skills helpful but not required; training provided.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to interact respectfully with all team members.
• Discretion handling sensitive issues.
• Valid driver’s license; must be 18+; reside in the U.S. (no sponsorship).
