Job summary

AAA is seeking a Part Time Security Officer to perform access control, routine patrols, and incident response at a Graveyard shift. The position requires completing administrative requirements and monitoring all access/exit points for anomalies to protect personnel and property.

The role emphasizes independence, adherence to security policies, and the ability to respond quickly to emergencies while maintaining composure. Prior security experience and a guard card are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum one (1) year security work experience in a professional setting.
• Capable of working independently without extensive direction or oversight.
• Familiarity with Security policies and procedures.
• Ability to follow detailed, step by step, procedures.
• Understand operational priorities, take initiative, and exercise sound independent judgment.
• Preferred certifications: baton, mace, handcuffing, CPR/First Aid/AED preferred.

Responsibilities

Security Officer 1 Part Time

We are seeking to fill a Part Time Graveyard Security Officer position.

Security Officers are responsible for performing access control, routine patrols, emergency/incident response and ensuring completion of administrative requirements as assigned by the Security Office. Monitoring all access/exit points for anomalies and conducting access control; patrolling perimeter, exterior and interior of the property to ensure the safety of personnel and protection of property; enforcing Club policies; engaging in security training; completing written reports; documenting daily activities; abiding by standard operating procedures; and responding to security incidents.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Minimum one (1) year security work experience in a professional setting.
• Guard card required.
• Experience performing technical procedures and completing reports.
• Comfortable working under pressure.
• Being dedicated to quality service.
• Familiarity with Security policies and procedures.
• Ability to assess and quickly react to emergency situations while maintaining composure and professionalism.
• Ability to follow detailed, step by step, procedures.
• Understand operational priorities, take initiative, and exercise sound independent judgment.

• Use technology to process information, improve security and communications.
