AAA Auto Club Enterprises in Missouri is seeking a Security Officer 1 to protect members and property. You will control access, patrol the site, and respond to incidents, documenting actions and following procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year security work experience in a professional setting.
• Guard card required.
• Experience performing technical procedures and completing reports.
• Comfortable working under pressure.
• Dedicated to quality service.
• Familiarity with security policies and procedures.
• Ability to assess and respond to emergencies quickly and maintain composure.
• Able to follow detailed procedures and take initiative with sound judgment.
• Capable of working independently without extensive direction.
• Ability to use technology to process information and improve security and communications.
• Strong multi-tasking skills and detail-oriented.
• Preferred certifications: baton, mace, handcuffing, CPR/First Aid/AED.

Responsibilities

• Perform access control and monitor all entry/exit points for anomalies.
• Patrol perimeter, exterior and interior to protect personnel and property.
• Enforce Club policies and engage in security training.
• Complete written reports and document daily activities.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures and respond to incidents.
