Provides security services for students, faculty, staff, visitors and facilities for Kamehameha Schools. These services include monitoring CCTV cameras, vehicle and foot patrols of all campus property; enforcing traffic and parking regulations; providing safety and security inspection services; investigating and recording traffic, criminal and non‑criminal incidents; parking and crowd supervision; monitoring and restricting access to sacred sites, monitoring vendors and general public access and restricting entry of unauthorized persons or vehicles, directing visitors and delivery vehicles and keeping records on specified vehicles entering or leaving campus.
Frequently writes by hand, stands, walks and lifts/carries, pushes and/or pulls objects that weigh up to 50 pounds; occasionally sits, performs desk‑based computer tasks and requires ability to grasp using light or fine manipulation; frequently twists, bends, stoops, squats, kneels, crawls, climbs, reaches or works above shoulder, or grasps firmly.
This position may involve traveling to various locations, including neighboring islands to conduct business; work is conducted in a school environment and regularly requires work to be conducted in non‑standard, outdoor environment; work assignments may be conducted 24 hours/day, 7 days/week.
