Job summary

Diamond Security is seeking a Full-Time Unarmed Security Officer in Tulsa, OK. The role involves patrolling a commercial building, monitoring CCTV, controlling access, and reporting incidents to help keep tenants and staff safe.

Ideal candidates are observant, professional, and service-minded, with calm judgment for routine and unexpected situations. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, and pay is $15.00 per hour. Compliance with local licensing and post orders is required.

Qualifications

• Active Oklahoma CLEET Unarmed Security Guard License (or Armed License).
• Must be at least 18 years old (required by Oklahoma law for licensure).
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and patrol for long periods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Basic computer proficiency and report-writing ability.
• Ability to learn and use reporting platforms such as TrackTik, Belfry, or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the premises on foot or by vehicle to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or unsafe conditions.
• Monitor surveillance systems, including CCTV cameras, alarms, and access-control systems.
• Control access by checking identification, issuing visitor badges, and logging entries and exits.
• Respond to incidents such as disturbances, emergencies, or suspicious activity.
• Coordinate with law enforcement during serious incidents.
• Write detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and irregularities.
• Provide courteous customer service to tenants, employees, and visitors.
• Enforce property rules and regulations, post orders, and company procedures.
• Help secure high-value assets such as cash, equipment, and sensitive locations.
