Job summary

Securitas US Business Unit is seeking a Security Officer for a full-time night/day schedule at the SeaTac site in Washington. The role focuses on patrolling, access control, monitoring systems, and emergency response to maintain a safe environment.

Requirements include a HS diploma or GED, age 18+, and customer service experience. Strong communication, calmness under pressure, and readiness for pre-employment screening are essential.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer/technology skills.
• 1+ years of customer service / hospitality experience.
• Prior Security, Law Enforcement or Military experience a plus!!
• Must be able to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
• Must have the ability to remain calm under pressure and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation.
• Must have strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and quick decision-making capabilities.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.

• Conduct regular patrols of premises including buildings, parking lots, & entry points to identify potential security risks.
• Monitor and operate surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and security equipment.

Security Officer — Full Time

Site Location: SeaTac, WA

Wage: $19.00-$26.00/HR

The Security Officer protects people, property, and assets by patrolling premises, monitoring systems, controlling access, and responding to emergencies to maintain a safe and secure environment. They serve as a helpful professional resource while ensuring everyone on the property follows safety protocols.
