Ilani is hiring a Security Officer to patrol the casino and designated rotating posts during each shift, promoting a safe, welcoming environment for guests and staff. You will protect patrons and assets, monitor for illegal activity, document incidents, verify jackpot payouts, and assist in emergency responses, while upholding the Spirit of Tâlícn and the casino's core values.

A successful candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, strong interpersonal skills, clear report-writing

• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment.
• Must be able to write detailed reports in a clear and concise manner.

Responsabilidades

• Patrols casino and/or is assigned to designated rotating posts throughout each shift.
• Promotes superior guest service and maintains a positive culture.
• Protects patrons and employees from illegal activity and in emergencies.
• Safeguards money and assets transported to and from and within the gaming facility and cashier/cage departments.
• Investigates and records unusual occurrences and incidents and writes incident reports.
• Verifies jackpot payouts and hopper re-fills; contributes to fire command monitoring and reporting.
• Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
