Ilani in Ridgefield, WA is seeking a Restaurant Operations Manager to lead daily front-of-house and back-of-house activities. You will coordinate with the Player Development team to cultivate guest visits and ensure outstanding service.

You will hire, train, coach, schedule, and support a restaurant team, uphold health and safety standards, manage Kronos timekeeping, and review daily shift reports to optimize performance and guest satisfaction.

• 5 years management experience in a high-quality, high-volume restaurant environment.

• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and POS systems; able to train and coach staff.

Regulations as it relates to BOH and FOH operations.Administer beverage inventory and order beverage items as needed.Maintain organized and managed FOH inventory.Write and route daily shift reports.Review and maintain accurate FOH Kronos timekeeping punches for all FOH staff.Assist team members in arrangements for special dinner requests in the dining room.Other related duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD).5 years management experience in a high quality, high-volume, high-quality restaurant environment.Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment.Must possess a valid Food handler’s permit and complete MAST Certification requirement.Strong organizational, communication and people skills.Proven ability to identify qualified personnel and provide leadership to develop and direct staff maximizing performance.Computer skills required, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Point of Sale (POS) systems.Able to work a business driven, flexible schedule.Must be able to lift 40 lbs.Must be willing to work in a smoking environment.Must be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures.undefinedPreferred Qualifications: AA or BS/BA in Hospitality ManagementWork Shift:Any (United States of America)Wages:This role offers a starting wage of $17.13 per hour.
