Management & Training Corporation (MTC) operates the Sierra Nevada Job Corps Center in Reno, NV, offering a full-time security role with an hourly wage of $19.67. The position includes front desk duties, access control, and safeguarding students and staff on campus.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of security experience or a training certificate, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Patrol center grounds and manage front desk for guest sign-in and temporary badge distribution.
• Monitor that all staff and students wear ID badges and ensure safety of staff, students and visitors.
• Control, surveillance, identification, monitoring, investigation, and reporting of all matters pertaining to center property, facilities, students, staff and visitors.
• Answer telephone calls and greet and assist visitors.
• Assist supervisors and manager assuring accountability of students check-in and out according to policies.
• Assist in transporting ill or injured students as required.
• Promote, support, and adhere to safety practices through the facility.

What you will be doing:
