• Manage Security Employees for Contract Work in Executive, Asset, and Retail Protection.
• Participate in On-Call Rotation with Additional Compensation for On-Call Shifts.
• Conduct Daily Check-Ins and Debriefings with Security Officers on Staff.
• Perform On-Site De-Escalation when necessary.
