Job summary

Titan Security is seeking Security Officers to support multiple sites in Pine Grove and Reading, PA. You will provide outstanding customer service, manage front desk logs, control access, and patrol facilities to deter theft and maintain safety.

The role requires 18+, a HS diploma or GED, and the ability to pass background checks and drug screens, with shifting including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to commute to multiple sites in Pine Grove and Reading, PA.
• Able to meet physical requirements, including lifting 50+ lbs and foot patrols.
• Must have open availability for all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all parties on duty and help with directions.
• Maintain logs at front desk for people or property including packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required.
• Monitor security cameras and conduct patrols to prevent theft and ensure safety.
• Respond to incidents and document data for Titan Security management.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities of Security Officers include, but are not limited to:

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information
• Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property including packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications of Security Officers:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to commute to multiple sites in Pine Grove and Reading, PA
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather
• Must have open availability for all shifts

Preferred Qualifications of Security Officers:

• Bilingual considered a plus.
• Evening, overnight, and weekend availability required
• Driver’s license not required, but license and satisfactory DMV history allows broader assignment to a vehicular mobile patrol
