Job summary

Titan Security is hiring for full-time Security Officers (and RTOS) in Middletown, PA. RTOs must have open availability for all shifts and be prepared to perform front-desk duties, access control, and routine patrols.

Strong English skills and the ability to meet physical requirements are essential. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, logging incidents, monitoring cameras, and responding to emergencies.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18+ and within commuting distance to Middletown, PA.
• Able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all parties on duty and assist with directions.
• Maintain clear logs at front desk pertaining to people or property.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required.
• Monitor cameras and conduct patrols to deter theft and maintain safety.
• Respond to incidents and record data for management.
• Other duties as assigned.

FULL TIME SECURITY OFFICERS

RTO'S MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY FOR ALL SHIFTS.

Responsibilities

of Security Officers include, but are not limited to:

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information
• Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property including packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

of Security Officers:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be withing commuting distance to Middletown, PA
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather

Preferred Qualifications

of Security Officers:

• Bilingual considered a plus.
• Evening, overnight, and weekend availability required

Pay and Benefits

• Positions starting at $17.00 - $18.00/ hour depending on experience, location and position
