Job summary

Lakeside Hotel Casino in Osceola, IA seeks a proactive Security Officer to help keep guests and team members safe while delivering exceptional service on the property.

You will patrol, respond to incidents, assist investigations, and coordinate with leadership and external agencies to maintain a secure and welcoming environment. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a visible and professional security presence across the property
• Patrol the premises and monitor for safety, security, and compliance
• Respond to incidents and emergencies with professionalism and urgency
• Assist with investigations by gathering information and documenting incidents
• Escort guests, employees, and sensitive assets (cash, keys, gaming items)
• Support traffic control, fire prevention, and safety initiatives
• Drive guests and team members to local destinations as needed
• Partner with leadership and external agencies when required
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a secure environment

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to obtain and maintain an Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission license
