Continental Secret Service Bureau, Inc. is a Toledo-based, family-owned security company serving Ohio and surrounding states. We seek a Security Officer to manage access control at a large industrial site and perform routine monitoring and reporting tasks.

The role requires strong customer service, reliable transportation, and the ability to work on 2nd/3rd shifts with weekend coverage. Training and safety oversight are provided to ensure compliance and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must pass criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple access points at a large industrial facility.
• Process inbound/outbound traffic for vehicles, contractors, and visitors.
• Operate truck scales.
• Monitor 2-way radio and telephone traffic.
• Monitor CCTV system.
• Write electronic incident reports.
• Assist with contractor safety training.

Continental is a full-service contract security company providing security services to our clients in the city of Toledo, as well as the rest of Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, and West Virginia.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Includes but is not limited to:

Security Officers will manage multiple access points at a large industrial manufacturing facility.

• Processing inbound/outbound commercial vehicle, contractor, and visitor traffic.
• Truck scales operation
• Monitor incoming/outgoing 2-way radio and telephone traffic
• Monitor CCTV system
• Electronic report writing
• Assist with contractor safety training
• The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to think on your feet and work unsupervised at times
• Must possess excellent communication and customer service skills
• Computer and data entry skills are a must for this position

This is a FT/32 hour 3rd shift position (Sunday - Wednesday) and also a FT/40 hour 2nd shift position with Thursday/Fri Off

Must pass a Criminal Background Check & Drug Test

Must have a Valid Driver's License & Reliable transportation

Must have a H.S. Diploma or GED

Must have good Customer Service Skills

Must have good Computer/Technology skills

Prefer Strong Security Skills
