Job summary

Continental Secret Service Bureau, Inc. is seeking a Security Officer to manage multiple access points at a large industrial manufacturing facility in Ohio. The role requires handling inbound/outbound traffic, truck scales, CCTV monitoring, and proactive reporting.

Candidates should have a valid driver’s license, be able to pass background and drug tests, and demonstrate strong customer service and data-entry skills. This is a full-time position with second shift and weekend hours.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must pass pre-employment background check.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• Experience in security is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound/outbound vehicle, contractor and visitor traffic.
• Operate truck scales and manage access points.
• Monitor 2-way radio and telephone communications.
• Monitor CCTV system and document events.
• Write electronic security reports accurately.
• Assist with contractor safety training as needed.
• Multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work unsupervised when required.
• Maintain excellent communication and customer service with clients.

Continental is a full-service contract security company providing security services to our clients in the city of Toledo, as well as the rest of Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, and West Virginia.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Security Officers will manage multiple access points at a large industrial manufacturing facility.

Duties are:

• Processing inbound/outbound commercial vehicle, contractor, and visitor traffic.
• Truck scales operation
• Monitor incoming/outgoing 2-way radio and telephone traffic
• Monitor CCTV system
• Electronic report writing
• Assist with contractor safety training
• The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to think on your feet and work unsupervised at times
• Must possess excellent communication and customer service skills
• Computer and data entry skills are a must for this position

This is a FT/40 hour position

WORK SCHEDULE: Mon/Tues OFF

Wed/Thurs 2nd shift

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver's license
