Job summary

Continental Secret Service Bureau, Inc. is seeking dedicated Security Officers to manage multiple access points at a large industrial facility in Ohio.

You will ensure the safety of personnel and assets while supervising vehicle and pedestrian traffic and documenting incidents with electronic reports. The role requires valid driver’s license, background and drug checks, and strong customer service and computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound/outbound traffic for vehicles, contractors, and visitors.
• Operate truck scales and monitor access points.
• Monitor two-way radio, telephone traffic, and CCTV systems.
• Write electronic security reports.
• Assist with contractor safety training.
• Multitask in a fast-paced environment and work unsupervised when needed.
• Maintain excellent communication and customer service.

Continental is a full-service contract security company providing security services to our clients in the city of Toledo, as well as the rest of Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, and West Virginia.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Security Officers will manage multiple access points at a large industrial manufacturing facility.

Duties are:

• Processing inbound/outbound commercial vehicle, contractor, and visitor traffic.
• Truck scales operation
• Monitor incoming/outgoing 2-way radio and telephone traffic
• Monitor CCTV system
• Electronic report writing
• Assist with contractor safety training
• The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to think on your feet and work unsupervised at times
• Must possess excellent communication and customer service skills
• Computer and data entry skills are a must for this position

This is a FT/40 hour position

WORK SCHEDULE: Mon/Tues OFF

Wed/Thurs 2nd shift

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must pass a pre-employment background check
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test
