Job summary

Continental Secret Service Bureau, Inc. is seeking Security Officers for a large industrial facility in Ohio. You will manage multiple access points, process inbound/outbound traffic, monitor CCTV and radio, and perform electronic report writing.

This is a full-time role with 32 hours on the 3rd shift (Sun-Wed) or 40 hours on the 2nd shift (Thu off). Must pass a background check, drug test, have a valid driver's license and a high school diploma or GED, plus strong customer service and computer

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple access points at a large industrial facility.
• Process inbound/outbound vehicle, contractor, and visitor traffic.
• Operate truck scales and monitor CCTV systems.
• Monitor 2-way radio and telephone traffic.
• Prepare electronic reports and documentation.
• Assist with contractor safety training.
• Maintain composure and work unsupervised when needed.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Maintain computer/Data entry accuracy.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Includes but is not limited to:

Security Officers will manage multiple access points at a large industrial manufacturing facility.

• Processing inbound/outbound commercial vehicle, contractor, and visitor traffic.
• Truck scales operation
• Monitor incoming/outgoing 2-way radio and telephone traffic
• Monitor CCTV system
• Electronic report writing
• Assist with contractor safety training
• The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to think on your feet and work unsupervised at times
• Must possess excellent communication and customer service skills
• Computer and data entry skills are a must for this position

This is a FT/32 hour 3rd shift position (Sunday - Wednesday) and also a FT/40 hour 2nd shift position with Thursday/Fri Off

Must pass a Criminal Background Check & Drug Test

Must have a Valid Driver's License & Reliable transportation

Must have a H.S. Diploma or GED

Must have good Customer Service Skills

Must have good Computer/Technology skills

Prefer Strong Security Skills
