Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Prevent unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and other security risks.
  • Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies.
  • Write detailed daily activity logs and incident reports.
  • Observe and report any suspicious activity or unsafe conditions.
  • Enforce property rules, regulations, and post orders.
  • Provide assistance and directions to residents, guests, and visitors.
  • Maintain communication with management, staff, and emergency services when needed.
  • Conduct routine inspections of the property and report maintenance or safety issues.
  • Ensure all safety procedures and emergency protocols are followed.
  • De-escalate conflicts and handle situations in a professional manner.
  • Remain alert and attentive at all times while on duty.
