About the Role

Four Seasons Hotel Miami is looking for a Security Officer who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. What You’ll Do

The Security Officer is part of the Security Team, responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for guests and staff. The team operates 24 hours a day to protect the hotel’s property and ensure the safety of all guests, personnel and guests. Responsibilities include monitoring the property, patrol duties, responding to emergencies, liaising with local law enforcement, and maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Candidates must be skilled problem solvers with a high attention to detail. The role requires significant guest interaction, excellent communication skills, and the ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift and lift up to 50 lbs. Previous security experience in a luxury hotel setting is preferred.

What You’ll Bring

• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• Experience administering people in lifesaving or property‑protection situations.
• Proficiency in CPR, first aid, firefighting and crowd control.
• Previous police or security experience.
