Job summary

Marksman Security is seeking a Communications Security Operator (Dispatcher) for our Toyota Battery Manufacturing Plant in Liberty, NC. This is a Full Time, 2nd Shift position, 32 hours weekly, Friday through Monday from 2:00pm to 10:00pm (Tue-Thu off).

The role involves monitoring security systems, dispatching response personnel, and coordinating emergency communication 24/7/365 to safeguard people, assets, and operations.

Qualifications

• Dispatch experience required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Familiarity with report writing or incident documentation is a plus.

Marksman Security Corporation is Now Hiring for a Communications Security Operator (Dispatcher)

Full Time Dispatch Security Officer (2nd Shift)

Site Location:

Toyota Battery Manufacturing Plant – Liberty, NC

Security Officer $20.50 p/hr.

2nd Shift (32Hours)

Friday - Monday 2:00pm - 10:00pm

(Tuesday - Thursday Off)

Security Operations Center Experience is Required

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in security AND customer service fields.

Join our growing North America Operations Center (NAOC) team as a Dispatcher, where you’ll play a critical role in maintaining the safety and security of people, assets, and operations in North America.

You will be responsible for monitoring security systems, dispatching response personnel, and coordinating emergency communication — 24/7/365.

Qualifications:

• At least 18 years of age or older
• Valid PPSB NC Security License preferred
• Valid NC Driver's License - Clean Driving Record - Past 3 years
• Previous dispatch experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid state licensing, if applicable
• Strong customer service skills
• Familiarity with report writing
• Monitoring and surveillance experience
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks
• Previous security experience is not required however is a PLUS
