We offer site-specific instruction and a supportive team culture, with opportunities across commercial, residential, and public sectors. This position includes full-time and part-time shifts in Michigan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Clean background check is required.
• Driver’s license or State I.D. with reliable transportation is needed.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Patrol and inspect sites (foot and vehicle).
• Prevent theft, trespassing, vandalism.
• Respond to alarms and incidents.
• Write clear and concise reports on daily activities and incidents.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and team members.
• Prepare daily reports.
• Maintain a visible and professional presence on the property at all times.
• Collaborate with law enforcement.
