• Patrol and inspect sites (foot and vehicle).
• Prevent theft, trespassing and vandalism.
• Respond to alarms and incidents.
• Write clear and concise daily activity and incident reports.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors and teammates.
• Prepare daily reports.
• Maintain a visible, professional presence on site.
• Collaborate with law enforcement.
