Job summary

Securitas Security is hiring a Security Officer for a full-time role in Longview, WA. The position offers a 4-day rotating schedule, 6pm-6am, and a wage of $17.13 per hour.

You will perform access control, patrols, and report safety issues while supporting a team that serves the client’s premises and staff. We seek customer service driven individuals with a willingness to engage with diverse people and maintain professionalism, especially during emergencies or escalations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma, GED, or ability to complete the GED within 6 months.
• Standard computer / technology skills needed.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a calm and professional manner.
• Great attention to detail and ability to stay alert during shift.
• Able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and escalation.
• Willing to participate in pre-employment screening (drug screen and background).
