Job summary

Chapa-De Indian Health in Grass Valley, CA is seeking a dedicated security professional to protect patients, staff, and visitors while maintaining a safe environment. The role focuses on patrols, rapid incident response, and courteous escort of people through clinic areas.

Ideal candidates will have two years in facility security, a valid Guard Card, and knowledge of safety practices. This is a full-time position with a mission-driven, non-profit community health focus.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years’ experience in the field of facility security.
• Current Guard Card issued by the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services.
• Knowledge of safety practices including proper lifting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible presence and conduct regular patrols of the grounds and clinic.
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies and disturbances.
• Escort patients, visitors, and staff as needed.
• Assist with light facility tasks such as restocking supplies and maintaining a welcoming environment.

What You'll Do
