Lagarda Security is a family-owned security provider based in Michigan, offering training from in-house instructors and site-specific instruction to prepare officers for diverse environments.

We seek Security Officers for full-time and part-time roles in Farmington Hills, MI, focusing on professionalism, reliability, and excellent customer service while patrolling and protecting property and people.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Clean background check with no felonies or violent misdemeanors
• Driver’s license or State ID with reliable transportation
• Strong communication and decision‑making skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure

Responsabilités

• Patrol and inspect sites (foot and vehicle)
• Prevent theft, trespassing, vandalism
• Respond to alarms and incidents
• Write clear and concise reports on daily activities and incidents
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and team members
• Prepare daily reports
• Maintain a visible and professional presence on the property
• Collaborate with law enforcement
