Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Clean background check – no felonies or violent misdemeanors.
• Driver’s license/state ID and reliable transportation is needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Patrol and inspect sites (foot & vehicle)
• Prevent theft, trespassing, vandalism
• Respond to alarms and incidents
• Write clear and concise reports on daily activities and incidents
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and team members
• Prepare daily reports
• Maintain a visible and professional presence on the property
• Collaborate with law enforcement
