The Securitas US Business Unit is seeking a Security Officer to join our Eau Claire, WI team. This full-time role focuses on maintaining a safe environment through access control, patrols, and vigilant monitoring of client sites, with a daytime-evening schedule as listed.

Salary is $19.50 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid training, paid time off, and opportunities for daily pay.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and professional demeanor.
• Above average computer/technology skills.
• Security, law enforcement, or military experience a plus.
• Ability to work independently and stay calm under pressure.
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment screening (drug screen and background).

Responsibilities

• Perform access control and patrols to safeguard client sites.
• Identify and report safety issues or hazardous conditions.
• Interact with client employees and guests to provide information and assistance.
• Follow post orders and complete assigned rounds.
• Operate security technology devices during the shift.
• Conduct regular tours of the property.
• Respond to emergencies with appropriate judgment and escalation.

Security Officer - Full Time

Primary Location: Eau Claire, WI

Wage:$19.50/HR

Schedule: Thurs - Sat: 6AM - 4PM & Sun: 4PM - 12AM

TheSecurity Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order whileenforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect:

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.

Basic Requirements:
