Securitas Security is hiring a Security Officer in Madison, WI. The role offers full-time hours with a wage of $21.00 per hour and opportunities for growth within a dedicated regional and management support structure.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High School Diploma or GED or ability to complete GED within 6 months.
• Basic computer/technology skills.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Security, law enforcement or military experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Resolve conflicts and de-escalate when needed.

• Patrol client premises, indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.

• Provide detailed written reports.
• Work in a team environment to ensure site / organizational goals are achieved daily.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Basic Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
