Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled patrols using foot or vehicle patrol methods.
• Check doors, gates, entrances and other access points for security.
• Monitor parking areas and surrounding spaces for unusual activity.
• Maintain a visible professional security presence during the shift.
• Report safety hazards, property concerns, or suspicious activity.
• Respond to onsite issues following post orders and procedures.
• Complete patrol activity and incident reports in TrackTik.
• Communicate shift activity to supervisors and staff as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and preserve confidentiality.
• Complete duties within designated timeframes.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 4:30 PM - 12:00 AM

Position Overview

Citadel Security USA is seeking a dependable Unarmed Mobile Patrol Security Officer to provide evening coverage at an assigned location in Earth City. This position is responsible for routine patrols, checking designated areas and access points, identifying potential safety or security concerns, and documenting activity throughout the shift.

The right candidate will be punctual, observant, comfortable working independently, and able to communicate clearly when responding to onsite situations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled patrols throughout assigned areas using foot or vehicle patrol methods as directed.
• Check doors, gates, entrances, and other designated access points to confirm they remain secure.
• Monitor parking areas, exterior spaces, and surrounding areas for unusual or unauthorized activity.
• Maintain a visible and professional security presence throughout the assigned shift.
• Identify and promptly report safety hazards, property concerns, suspicious activity, or other unusual conditions.
• Respond appropriately to onsite issues while following company procedures and assigned post orders.
• Complete accurate patrol activity, incident reports, and other required documentation through TrackTik.
• Maintain clear communication with supervisors and appropriate personnel regarding shift activity or concerns.
• Follow all assigned procedures, security instructions, and applicable company policies.
• Protect confidential information and maintain professional conduct while interacting with employees, visitors, and other individuals.
• Complete all required patrol duties consistently and within the designated timeframes.
  

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to successfully complete required background and employment screening.
• Ability to work the assigned Monday–Friday evening schedule consistently.
• Strong attendance and punctuality; being on time for every scheduled shift is essential.
• Clean driving record with a safe driving history.
• Ability to remain alert and attentive throughout an evening shift.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while following established instructions and post orders.
• Professional appearance, conduct, and attitude.
• Ability to walk, stand, and conduct routine patrols for extended periods.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Current Unarmed Security License preferred.
• Previous security, patrol, public safety, military, law enforcement, or related experience.
• Experience operating a company or assigned patrol vehicle.
• Familiarity with electronic reporting or security management platforms such as TrackTik.
• Experience identifying and documenting safety concerns, suspicious activity, or access issues.
