Wolfspeed, Inc. in Durham is seeking a Security Officer (Blue Days) to protect people, property and information. You will work fixed 12-hour day or night shifts with rotating days, reporting to the Security Supervisor.

• Willing and able to work a flexible schedule as needed to support critical issues in a 24X7 environment
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Reliable transportation and a valid state issued driver’s license
• Must be capable of frequently sitting, standing, and/or walking for long periods of time, which may involve climbing stairs, walking up inclines, and on uneven terrain
• Must be capable of frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds
• Must be capable of running short distances in the event of an emergency
• Must be willing to provide life saving techniques to the level of your training in the event of an emergency until relieved by more qualified personnel
• Must complete all required Wolfspeed training for the position of Security Officer
• This position requires the lawful ability to access technical data, information, and areas controlled by United States export control laws and regulations

As a Blue Days Security Officer at our Durham locations, you will play a key role in the protection of people, property, and information while supporting the success of our company by being a member of Wolfspeed’s Global Protection Department.
