Job summary

Titan Security Group is seeking a Flex Officer for event-based shifts in Chicago, IL. The role involves front desk duties, directing visitors, recording logs, and guarding property through patrols and camera monitoring.

FLEX OFFICER POSITION INTERVIEW EVENT ON WEDNESDAY OCTOBER 21ST:

Scheduling Requirements:

• Open availability or two shift availability:
• 1st & 2nd
• 2nd & 3rd
• 3rd & 1st
• Weekend availability required
• No PERC card, no problem. We will help you obtain your PERC if you have never had a PERC before.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information
• Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property including packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have experience as a door staff professional or in a receptionist, customer service, clerical, hotel or restaurant position.
• Must be comfortable around dogs, cats, and other pets/animals
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Able to acquire and maintain a valid Illinois Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC), including state accredited training requirements
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather

Preferred Qualifications

• Bi-lingual considered a plus.
• Evening, overnight, and weekend availability required
