Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety of premises.
• Control access points and verify IDs of residents, visitors, vendors.
• Prevent unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and other risks.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies.
• Write detailed daily activity logs and incident reports.
• Observe and report suspicious activity or unsafe conditions.
• Enforce property rules and post orders.
• Assist and direct residents, guests, and visitors.
• Maintain communication with management and emergency services.
• Conduct routine inspections and report safety issues.
• Follow all safety procedures and emergency protocols.
• De-escalate conflicts and act professionally.
• Remain alert and attentive while on duty.

As a Security Offcer, you are responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and controlled environment for residents, visitors, clients, and staff. You will monitor premises, enforce policies, and respond to incidents while providing professional and courteous service at all times.

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security of the premises.
• Control access points and verify identification of residents, visitors, and vendors.
• Prevent unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and other security risks.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies.
• Write detailed daily activity logs and incident reports.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity or unsafe conditions.
• Enforce property rules, regulations, and post orders.
• Provide assistance and directions to residents, guests, and visitors.
• Maintain communication with management, staff, and emergency services when needed.
• Conduct routine inspections of the property and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Ensure all safety procedures and emergency protocols are followed.
• De-escalate conflicts and handle situations in a professional manner.
• Remain alert and attentive at all times while on duty.
