We are seeking to expand our diverse team of Security Engineers dedicated to understanding and defending against contemporary cyber threats. This role is remote, however, a hybrid option is available if the candidate is living in Seattle.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and engineer new solutions to enhance existing data classification and protection technologies across the organization.
  • Collaborate with teams within Security and across the organization internationally to safeguard business-critical data.
  • Design and execute various projects to improve the data protection infrastructure and boost efficiency and detection rates.
  • Enjoy the freedom and autonomy to deeply explore related technologies, understand their workings and applications, and consider their integration into future solutions.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Security, Information Technology, Networking & Systems Administration, Computer Science, or a similar technical discipline
  • Strong technical understanding of information security concepts, common attacks and mitigation techniques, and the ability to make risk-based decisions
  • Good understanding of operating systems internals and security practices
  • Good understanding of common network protocols
  • Experience with Python, PowerShell, or similar programming languages
